It "finishes" donwloading and then it appears again the "download" option. Even sometimes it appears "Error: ". It has been a while, I tried e v e r y t h i n g what forums and EA suggests, but the problem is still there.

Can somebody help, please? I hope that this resolve the problem. If you have already tried what Kristi suggested. I suggest re-reading her response making sure you have everything cleaned up. If that fails you can try this but I have my doubts if this is really the issue. I think I've only ever seen this one other time and it was like a year ago. Like I say I've only seen that be an issue one other time, I assume there was a server that was serving out the game that had a bad file and it kept causing rollbacks like this.

Thanks for your feedback. There's some confusion here. Have you bought the Sims 4 for console or have you purchased it for use on your PC? If you've bought it on the Microsoft Store with the intention of playing on PC you can't. Microsoft does not sell The Sims 4 for PC.
